52% of the registered participants are above 30 years old.
50,7% of the registered participants have ideas in mind, 11% on paper, 11% initial have business plan, 16,4% have teams to initiate their projects.
Marketing experts (55%) are in the highest demands for potential teams, followed by programers (44,8%) , financial experts (43,1%) and support (legal, accounting, etc), designers (37,9%). 
Engineers (24%) and Architects (10,3%) are at the bottom. I guess we need to break such bias .
